"Natty-style Pulav starts with the flavour of kasuri
methi and fenugreek. The richness comes from the meat cooked in ghee, and the
spices add a delicious masala taste. The mutton is tender, with flavourful bone
marrow, and the warmth of pepper makes it truly satisfying — you'll definitely
come back for more."

Experience:
64 Mutton Pulav
started five years ago as a Sunday cooking experiment by Goutham and his cousin
Abhishek. They wanted to make an old-style pulav at home for their friends and
neighbors. People loved the woodfire-cooked pulav so much that they decided to
open a small eatery on an empty plot in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru. It’s been
four years now, and the place has a simple, open, and rustic look that locals
really enjoy. The restaurant can seat around 30 people, and they are planning
to expand it—definitely a place worth revisiting for the mutton pulav. What’s
special is that the brothers still cook the food themselves—they haven’t hired
any cooks. When I visited one afternoon, Saw Goutham finishing up the mutton
pulav. I was also impressed that they only serve five or six dishes. I spent
time watching them with clean set up and left after tasting some of their most
popular food.
